Mobility solution from AHM

We started our visit to PT Astra Honda Motor! After short technical delay the security managed to open the gate and we found ourselves in the factory of biggest producer of motorbikes in Indonesia with market share exceeding 70%.
The host company started from safety induction showing serious approach to business immediately.
AHM presentation was interesting. Their vision is “to take a lead in Indonesian motorcycle market and as a global player, by making customers’ dream come true, creating joy to customers and contribute to Indonesian society”. We recieved nice red caps with AHM value “One HEART”.
After it was turn of Cranfield representatives to show something interesting to Astra Honda Motors. Robert did very good presentation about his forklift company UTILEV.
Inside the factory we were not allowed to take pictures but what we saw was amazing. Strong LEAN culture: 5S, Visualization, Kanbans. We walked along a conveyor line looking at the process. Each 2-3 guest were accompanied by AHM representative ready to answer the questions.
