1,000th paper co-authored by our School of Management academics added to CERES!
21/02/2022

What a fantastic achievement! We are very proud to announce that our Open Access Team has just added the 1,000th paper co-authored by academics from the School of Management to CERES, our institutional repository.
- Shaalan A, Agag G & Tourky M (2022) Harnessing customer mindset metrics to boost consumer spending: A cross-country study on routes to economic and business growth, British Journal of Management. https://doi.org/10.1111/1467-8551.12596
What makes it even more special is that the paper was published gold open access in the ‘British Journal of Management’ and is available for all to read. You may be interested to know that this journal is part of a read and publish deal we have with Wiley, which means a Cranfield corresponding author can publish gold open access with no article processing charge (APC).
We also have read and publish deals with other publishers, details of which can be viewed on our publisher deals web page. It is hoped that Elsevier will soon be added to this list.
A word of caution – beware the small print! Before submitting a paper to one of these publishers it’s best to check with your Research Support Librarian to ensure that the journal you wish to publish in is included in the deal. There is a more in-depth blog post about using our deals to publish gold open access for free which you might find helpful.
