Studying during the night, at the weekend or during a University holiday?
We’ve joined a global scheme so you can talk to a librarian any time, even when Library Services staff aren’t working. Just use the chat facility on our website as usual. If we aren’t available you will be connected to a reference librarian in another university library who will try to help you. They have a lot of experience answering library chats from multiple institutions and they will have information about our services and subject areas so they can answer enquiries that are specific to Cranfield. If they are unable to help you they will email us and we will reply to you as soon as possible on our return to work.
This will be a one-year trial starting on the last day of term, Friday 16 December, so we can provide additional support for you if you choose to study during the Christmas period. We hope that it will be a welcome extension to the services we already provide.
