Bank holiday hours for Library Services: Monday 4 May
27/04/2026

Library Services staff will be taking a break on Monday 4 May for the early May bank holiday.
You will still be able to access all the online resources and help you need via our library website. The 24/7 online webchat will also be running thanks to other academic librarians across the globe who are part of our global co-operative.
Kings Norton Library will be open for study 24/7 over the bank holiday weekend. You will be able to borrow and return stock using the self-service machines. However, any items reserved on the system for collection from the remote lockers will not be available until Tuesday. You will need your University ID card to access the building.
Barrington Library will be closed on Monday. Alternative study space will be available in the Hobson Library at the Defence Academy.
