Day 2 – Is sticky rice developed by Henkel as well?
22/05/2019

To my surprise, it seems that we are almost at every moment in contact with a product containing Henkel materials.
It has been great to understand the current challenges which Henkel has or is facing, but mostly, how passionate they are to have local people involved at all management levels.
Although a different business sector, it is interesting to find out some common areas in challenges such as China markets as well as the moving of manufacturing to Vietnam for better profit. For example, the company I work for keeps our tier 1 vendor in Thailand whilst tier 2 vendors are in Vietnam, having the Thai vendor as a quality check and main contact.
