At the end of March, Cranfield University started its first module with Unipart entitled “Managing Performance Improvement” The programme combines elements of lean and six sigma thinking, which will lead to a Black Belt awarded by Unipart, together with related performance management and performance improvement activities which will lead to the award of the PG Cert by Cranfield University.
We believe that this is a unique programme that combines both the academic rigour of a post-graduate qualification with the practical implementation required to gain a Black Belt.
The students are back next week for the second module on “Design for Six Sigma”
