New students can book a tour of Kings Norton Library

Guided tours
To help new students find their way around Kings Norton Library, staff will be offering lunchtime tours. You will meet our library experts and get a full introduction to the services we offer within the building. All taught and research students are welcome.
The tours will be taking place as part of Welcome Week on Friday 4 October at the following times:
You will need to click on a link to book your place as spaces are limited.
Additional tours have also been arranged through October so there is plenty of opportunity to have a look around. Book your place on a tour 7-31 October.
Please note that this tour is additional to the compulsory library induction session you will find in your timetables. The induction session will teach you how to use the online resources and services we can offer, so the two are complementary.
Self-guided tours
If you would prefer to orientate yourself around the building, there is a self-guided tour of Kings Norton Library. Use the QR codes at seven information points to find out more about our key services and then unlock a password to get a sweet at the Welcome Desk.
School of Management Library tours
Business and management students all have a scheduled tour of the School of Management Library as well as an induction session. These will be in your course timetable.
