Using DMPonline to write an effective data management plan
25/07/2023
We are running a Lunch+Learn webinar on using DMPonline on Monday 31 July, 1-2pm.
A data management plan (DMP) is a written document that outlines how research data will be collected, organized, stored, shared, and preserved over the course of a research project. DMPonline is an online tool designed to help researchers create DMPs for their research projects.
Our Research Data Manager will explain the components of a data management plan and the process of creating one using the DMPonline system. There will also be time for you to ask any questions you may have.
Researchers who have developed data management and sharing plans have found it beneficial to have thought about, and discussed, data issues with our research support team first.
You can find advice on best practice when you are writing a plan in the research data management area of our website.
