Renewed publisher deals – help with making your published work open access
17/07/2023
Great news! Library Services has just renewed two major Read and Publish deals which allow Cranfield authors to make their work open access by covering much of the costs involved.
It has taken a while for the national deals to be negotiated but Springer Nature and Sage have now been updated.
The Sage deal runs until December 2024. All SAGE hybrid journals are included. Cranfield also receives a 20% discount on fully gold journal APCs).
The Springer Nature deal runs until December 2025. Most Springer, Nature, Nature Research, and Palgrave hybrid journals are included in the deal. There is also a 15% discount on APCs in all Springer Nature’s Fully Open Access journals.
For full details of these renewals, and all our other publisher deals, please see our Publisher Deals web page.
