Course module leaders! Have you checked your reading lists are up to date?
05/12/2022

We need your help!
There have been lots of changes in courses and module leaders recently, and we are aware that some reading lists have been updated but not shared with the library team. This means that we have been unable to provide the materials you have recommended to your students. We have also heard from some students that their reading list isn’t linked correctly to our software in Canvas.
Please could you take a few minutes to do the following:
- Try to access your reading list through your module page on Canvas. If you can’t, please search by module title or module code in Talis and let us know.
- Check the module leader information is correct on the reading list
- Check whether you are still happy with materials assigned to ‘Essential reading’ and ‘Additional reading’
- Decide if you would like to add notes for students on particular titles (e.g. Only read Chapter 5)
- Decide if you would like to request digitisation of single chapters to increase accessibility
Please contact your Librarian if you would like to add new content or edit existing items so the Library can ensure the readings are available to your students. You are also welcome to take ownership of your list to make edits yourself, and we would be happy to show you how to do this.
