Helping you comply with the UKRI Open Access policy: New workflow
20/06/2022

After requests from researchers for a simplified visual of the new UKRI Open Access policy, the Library’s research team have created a workflow you can follow. It will help you ensure your work complies with any requirements. View or dowload it from the Library website.

UKRI Open Access policy workflow
From 1 January 2024, the UKRI Open Access policy will also apply to in-scope monographs, book chapters and edited collections. More information on support for this aspect of the policy will be made available in due course.
If you have any questions or feedback on the workflow or the UKRI Open Access policy, please contact your Research Information Specialist.
