Reflections on the Executive Logistics and Supply Chain Management MSc study tour to Thailand
14/05/2018

What a unique, amazing and overwhelming experience – Cranfield School of Management offers more than outstanding education.

It has been a perfectly organized week. From booking the hotel to ordering a private luxury bus to move as conveniently as possible between the various venues. Nothing has been left to chance. Therefore, it was not surprising that everything went exactly as planned and we could get most out of these days.
In total, we visited eight companies, who all openly provided us with insights into their operations and showed us what passion for the job means. What really impressed me was Cranfield’s alumni network. In every company we visited was at least one former student from the School of Management which demonstrated again the fantastic opportunities Cranfield offers.
However, it has not only been a great trip due to the organization and company insights but also due to the group of people. There has not been one minute of boredom but only fruitful and funny moments and conversations.
As well as the busy schedule we also had time to experience Bangkok on our own resulting in new tailored suits, incredible delicious dinners and amazing nights in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
I really want to thank you Denyse, Benny and all Exec MSc Logistics and Supply Chain Students for this amazing experience!
Thank you Cranfield School of Management!
