The MIRC book collection is back where it belongs!
02/12/2022
We are delighted to announce that MIRC has reopened and the book collection has been successfully restored to the shelves.
And even better, you can now borrow, return and renew books yourself using the new self- service machine!
The remote locker has been moved into the corridor outside the entrance to MIRC. You can still use it to collect books you have reserved. If you have any problems reserving items, please email library@cranfield.ac.uk for help.
Both the self-service machine and the remote locker will issue receipts showing the due date of the items you have borrowed, or proving that you have returned them. Staff will be happy to show you how they work if you would like a demonstration.
The Management Information and Resource Centre was closed for two days while the stock was returned from Kings Norton Library, where it was relocated during the Covid pandemic.
Please be aware that the Careers and Research Methods collections will remain in Kings Norton Library.
