If your PC is running IE10 or later, you may have experienced issues using some of the functionality in the Thomson One service.  Thomson One can only be used using the Internet Explorer browser. With the new versions however you will need to set the Compatibility View for Thomson One in order for it to display certain screens properly.

To do this, select ‘Tools’ > ‘Compatibility View settings’ from the browser toolbar.

If you are currently using Thomson One, the Thomson One URL should be highlighted.  Click ‘Add’ and ‘Close’.

In order for Compatibility View changes to take effect, you will need to close your browser down and re-start Thomson One.
