Dawsonera to be switched off – save your notes now!
10/07/2020

We are sad to announce that Bertram Books, of which Dawsonera is a part, went into administration in June.
We have been assured that the existing Dawsonera platform will continue to be available until the end of July.
We plan to retain access to as many books as possible via alternative eBook platforms but we will not be able to keep any personal notes you may have attached to Dawsonera books. We highly recommend that you download any notes that you wish to keep as soon as possible and stop adding new ones.
How to download and export notes from Dawsonera
- Go to Dawsonera: https://library.cranfield.ac.uk/dawsonera (link will open in new tab)
- Select: ‘My account’ > ‘Recently viewed’ or ‘My bookshelf’ > select an eBook, ‘Read Online > ‘Notes’ > ‘Export’

The file will export as a text file (rtf).
We will contact any Course Directors whose course reading list includes a Dawsonera book, if an alternative platform cannot be found.
Please contact libraryresources@cranfield.ac.uk if you have any questions.
